  • The HR Data Analyst is responsible for the data management, reporting, visualization and analysis of our workforce.
  • This individual will support our human resources team in the development of data driven insights across all
  • functional areas of human resources (e.g., talent acquisition, performance, development, retention, engagement,
  • rewards, etc). The HR Data Analyst must have experience working with large amounts of data and have the ability
  • to collaborate across teams to provide people and organizational insights through HR business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with human resources team members and business partners to understand and identify
  • business needs, make recommendations, and deliver data.
  • Collect, compile and join datasets from multiple sources and human resources information systems(including Applicant Tracking, Learning and Performance Management systems)
  • Develop standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Collaborate to ensure reports are accurate, timely and high quality.
  • Analyze data to discover information, business value, patterns and trends to help guide business decisions.
  • Produce reports and visualizations to communicate results and interpretations of trends; effectively
  • communicate findings and provide recommendations to all levels of leadership.
  • Work effectively with IT teams on data integrations from multiple HR systems and the data warehouse
  • Proactively manage requests and client expectations. Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate issueswhen needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years professional experience and Bachelor s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business,
  • Analytics or related field from an accredited program required.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgement and discretion when dealing with highly confidential people andorganizational data.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, including the ability to synthesize technical information and
  • communicate it to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience building data visualizations that effectively communicate information.
  • Experience building secure data models for role-based access control.
  • Experience using Power BI (DAX & Power Query) to collect, transform, model, visualize and share data.
  • Experience with writing Microsoft SQL queries preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to select and join disparate, complex data sets.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
