Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Implementation Manager to join our team at our New Delhi office. In this on-site role, you will lead the successful deployment and integration of our AI-powered education solutions across client institutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to customize system configurations, training educators and administrators on the platform, and ensuring seamless adoption of our technology. The Implementation Manager will also oversee project timelines, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing client support to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Program Implementation: Lead the deployment of WeXL AI products across various university departments, managing the transition from signed contract to active campus usage.
● On-Site Expert Training: Conduct high-impact demos and training sessions for faculty and administrators to ensure they are proficient in using our AI assessment tools.
● Stakeholder Management: Maintain high-trust relationships with Registrars and academic leaders, acting as the primary point of contact for operationalizing the partnership.
● Solution Customization: Decode specific institutional pain points—such as English proficiency gaps—and tailor the implementation of our AI solutions to meet those unique needs.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor student engagement and proficiency metrics, providing universities with data-driven insights and regular health check reports on program impact.
● Expansion Support: Identify opportunities for multi-campus rollouts or expanding services from a single product to our full AI suite within existing partners.
● Market Intelligence: Gather real-time feedback from students and faculty to help the product team refine go-to-market tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
The Ideal Profile
● Experience: 2-4 years in Program Management, Customer Success, or Implementation within the EdTech or SaaS sectors.
● Tech Savvy: A deep passion for AI's role in education and the ability to explain complex AI solutions in simple, actionable terms.
● Relationship Builder: Proven ability to navigate university ecosystems and build loyalty among diverse institutional stakeholders.
● Execution Driven: A 0-1 mindset—comfortable building implementation playbooks from scratch and scaling them across the region.
● Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for face-to-face engagements and on-campus support.
