What you can look forward to as Facility Maintenance and EHS (m/f/d):

• This position is responsible for providing strategic oversight and effective management of all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems and processes, while also leading the maintenance and development of facility operations, including sustainability and expansion projects.
• The role supports and advises the factory management team in meeting all statutory, regulatory, and organizational obligations related to workplace safety, injury prevention, and a safe working environment.
• In parallel, the position ensures maximum uptime and reliability of all machinery and infrastructure through advanced maintenance strategies, including the implementation of new technologies, condition-based maintenance practices, and root cause analysis tdrive operational excellence.
• Establish and oversee safety programs and committees in Behaviour Based Safety.
• Develop and administer plant wide emergency response procedures.

Your Profile as Facility Maintenance and EHS (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's in Engineering. 6 to 8 years of experience in Overall facility, Operations, Projects, Spares management.
• Core Environment, Health & Safety, Auditing & Management System Implementation.
• Legal Compliances (EHS Requirements). Behavior Based Safety.
• Accident Investigation & Management of Preventative and Corrective Actions.
• EHS Training & Competency Development. EHS and Supply Chain Management.
• Workplace Ergonomic Risk Management. Machine Safety.
