Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IM Network Marketer based in Gurugram. The IM Network Marketer will be responsible for building and expanding a robust network of partners, promoting business opportunities, and driving sales through multi-level marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include organizing training sessions, executing digital marketing campaigns, and planning events to support partner engagement and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Multi-level Marketing and Sales to effectively engage and onboard new partners.
- Experience in Training and Event Planning for successful team-building and partner development.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing to implement effective campaigns across various online platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a network marketing role or affiliated industry is an advantage.
