Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products, building and maintaining strong client relationships, explaining product benefits, and addressing customer queries. Additionally, the role will include executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, providing regular updates to management, and contributing to customer satisfaction through responsive and professional service.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales, customer engagement, and client relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and explain insurance products and financial concepts
- Problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using basic computer tools and software
- Prior experience in insurance or sales is an advantage but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
