Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented leader- New Business Development to lead strategic client acquisition, drive revenue growth, and expand the organization's presence across key markets. The role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing large deals, and expanding Delhivery's presence across contract logistics, warehousing, and integrated supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for SCS (Warehousing, Contract Logistics, 3PL, Supply Chain Solutions
- Identify and close large enterprise and strategic accounts
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, product, finance, and solutions to design customized offerings
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services / products
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team
- Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Ensure strong pipeline management and forecasting
Experience
- Experience in Sales / Business Development / Enterprise Sales
- Strong experience in logistics / supply chain /B2B services
- Proven track record of closing large deals / enterprise clients
- Experience managing large teams and revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management ski
