• Assess and review chiller plants, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, cooling towers, and ventilation systems

• Analyze system performance and recommend optimization strategies

• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance standards and operational best practices

PHE & Water Systems Management

• Evaluate sewage treatment plants (STP), water treatment plants (WTP), RO systems, and plumbing networks

• Assess greywater recycling, stormwater systems, and pressure boosting systems

• Recommend improvements for water efficiency and sustainability

Fire Safety & Life Safety Systems

• Audit fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, detection systems, and gas suppression systems

• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and emergency standards

• Review integration of fire safety systems with building operations

Building Automation & Controls

• Evaluate Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy monitoring platforms

• Analyze IoT-based building performance systems

• Recommend automation and energy efficiency improvements

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed technical audit reports with findings and recommendations

• Document compliance gaps and corrective action plans

• Maintain structured records of inspections and client communications

Client Advisory & Coordination

• Liaise with facility managers, engineers, and client stakeholders

• Present audit findings and recommend corrective measures

• Conduct training sessions for client technical teams
