Job Title: Mechanical Design Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC) with strong expertise in centralized air conditioning systems, VRV/VRF systems, and high-rise/commercial projects. The role involves end-to-end design, coordination, and execution support of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and engineering of HVAC systems for high-rise, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Perform heat load calculations and system sizing
- Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Design VRV/VRF systems, chiller systems, ducting, and piping layouts
- Finalize equipment selection including chillers, AHU, FCU, pumps, and ventilation systems
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for design integration
- Review and approve shop drawings and GFC drawings
- Monitor and manage the complete design lifecycle
- Support project execution teams with technical inputs
- Handle client interactions and understand project requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in HVAC design, Planning Plumbing & Fire Fighting
- Strong knowledge of centralized AC systems, VRV/VRF, and chiller systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design tools
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Profile:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of system optimization and energy efficiency
- Working in PM CM is preferable
