Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will support various HR functions including HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
