Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Excellence & Audit Management
- Manage day-to-day HRMS operations and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve first-time-right execution.
- Ensure stability of HR system integrations and downstream data flows.
- Partner with IT and vendors to resolve configuration or interface-related issues.
- Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance readiness across HR data and processes.
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement preventive controls.
2. HRMS Data Integrity & Position Management Governance
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and position data across assigned functions.
- Govern position lifecycle actions in alignment with approved organization structures and workforce plans.
- Monitor data changes to prevent structural deviations or non-compliant updates.
- Conduct periodic data validations, reconciliations, and clean-up exercises.
- Ensure timely closure of data-related observations and strengthen system-based validation controls.
3. Projects, Automation & Process Improvement
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HRMS projects and system enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Coordinate testing cycles, impact assessments, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Drive automation and process simplification initiatives to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Ensure sustainable implementation with minimal post-implementation disruptions.
4. HRBP Enablement & Knowledge Management
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR stakeholders on HRMS processes, position structures, system access, and internal movements.
- Conduct structured knowledge-sharing and enablement sessions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and reference guides.
- Support capability building to reduce operational dependency on HRMS team.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge in HR systems, governance frameworks, and automation tools.
