Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and supporting organizational performance management practices. Additional duties include advising business leaders on human resources strategies and fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
- Proven experience in Performance Management practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in remote working environments and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a multinational or global business environment is a plus
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are advantageous
