This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and benefits administration. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining employee records, organizing training programs, and collaborating with teams to foster a positive work environment.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent management processes
• Experience in employee engagement, relationship management, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in HR operations, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records
• Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Previous experience in HR roles within the logistics or freight industry is a plus
