About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship‑driven Business Development Manager to lead Bag2Bag's supply expansion in Delhi NCR. This role focuses on onboarding new hotels, negotiating contracts, maintaining strong partner relationships, ensuring accurate rate & inventory management, and driving sales opportunities through corporate and group channels.
This is a high‑ownership role ideal for someone who understands hospitality supply, enjoys field interactions, and can balance both relationship management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Hotel Onboarding & Contracting
- Identify, approach, and onboard new hotels, homestays, and micro‑hospitality partners across Delhi NCR.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure all partner documentation (KYC, property details, rate sheets) is complete and verified.
- Train partners on Bag2Bag's platform, tools, and booking processes.
Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel owners and managers.
- Conduct regular partner visits to ensure service quality and operational alignment.
- Resolve partner issues related to payouts, bookings, or platform usage.
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention.
Rate & Inventory Management
- Ensure hotel rates, availability, and content are accurate and updated on the platform.
- Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments to maximize conversions.
- Work with internal teams to fix discrepancies in inventory or rate mapping
Corporate & Group Sales Enablement
- Identify sales opportunities for partner hotels through corporates, groups, events, and travel planners.
- Pitch Bag2Bag's offerings to corporate clients and generate demand for partner properties.
- Coordinate with hotels to create special packages for corporate or bulk bookings.
Performance Tracking & Growth
- Track hotel performance metrics: occupancy, revenue, cancellations, reviews.
- Identify underperforming properties and work with them to improve visibility and sales.
- Provide weekly reports and insights to the central team.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Hotel Contracting, or Supply Acquisition (hospitality/OTA preferred).
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, pricing, and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently in a field‑heavy role.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable with travel within Delhi NCR.
