Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling
interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement initiatives, employee welfare
activities, and retention strategies.
Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, provide feedback mechanisms,
and manage appraisals.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, oversee payroll processes, and ensure
compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs
for employees.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll basics, onboarding, and employee relations
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR tools or HRMS platforms
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
