This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in South Delhi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and overall HR management. Daily tasks will include handling employee inquiries, onboarding processes, performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The HR Executive will play a vital role in maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting the team's growth and development.

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
