Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, overview employee benefits, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, managing personnel records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational protocols. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in employee engagement, performance management, and addressing employee needs to drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relations is required.
• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Policies, and creating a productive work environment is essential.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management for fostering employee satisfaction and organizational growth is important.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; professional HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with a dynamic and creative team.
