Compensation:
This is a paid, full-time position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with existing employees and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave management, performance and talent management, recognition, health and safety, and training and development.
- Manage statutory compliance, employee database management, issuance of HR letters, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, performance review and management, training and development activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing through job portals, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates by collaborating with departmental heads to understand skills, competencies, and future staffing requirements.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees and escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Head Human Resources.
- Maintain and update employee records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and leave records.
- Administer new employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to recruitment, joining formalities, statutory compliance, payroll, attendance, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance within HR systems.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the Head Human Resources.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and HR processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
