Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have exposure to engineering/technical workforce hiring and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment across technical & non-technical roles
• Manage HR operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance, policies
• Design & implement PMS (KPIs, KRAs, appraisals)
• Drive employee engagement & handle grievances
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Prepare HR reports and support management decision-making
Required Skills:
• 7–10 years of experience in HR generalist / HRBP role
• Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations & performance management
• Experience in engineering / consultancy / project-based organizations preferred
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills
