Role: Human Resources Manager

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: 25,000 30,000 (based on experience)

Role Description:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Manager with 12 years of experience to manage core HR functions and support operational needs. The ideal candidate will also know retail operations and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
• Foster strong employee relations and handle conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management and employee evaluations
• Administer benefits, HR documentation, and training programs
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR goals with business strategy
• Support vendor management and coordination as needed
• Understand retail workflows and assist in aligning HR processes for retail operations

Qualifications:

• 12 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in retail or FMCG)
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and benefits administration
• Proficiency in HR software, data management, and reporting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with vendor management and retail operations is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a Master's is a plus point.
