Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based at Eunoia Designtech's headquarters in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and performance reviews, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring organizational goals align with employee satisfaction and productivity. Collaboration with department heads and leadership to address talent needs and drive company growth is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition strategies
- Experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Workplace Culture Management
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Training and Development, and Career Planning
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance requirements
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Leadership and Organizational Development Skills
- Proficiency in HR Tools and Software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
- Prior experience managing HR in a creative or consultancy industry is preferred
