Human Resources Manager

Location: On-site – Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary:₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at WheelKart India. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The HR Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance tracking, and policy enforcement. The ideal candidate will also monitor daily workflows, ensure team targets are set and tracked, and prepare weekly employee performance and attendance reports.

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process
• Maintain and update HR policies and ensure company compliance
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues with discretion
• Monitor daily employee performance and attendance
• Set monthly/weekly targets for employees and ensure alignment with company goals
• Prepare and share weekly reports with management on team progress and HR metrics
• Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
• Support training and development initiatives
• Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy
• Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlements

• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in preparing performance and attendance reports
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
