Job DescriptionWe are hiring HR and Senior HR professionals for our growing real estate organization in Pune (Baner). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate HR operations, team handling, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Roles & Responsibilities- End-to-end recruitment for sales, presales, CRM, and corporate roles
- Onboarding and induction of new joiners
- Planning and conducting training programs for new employees
- Employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR coordination
- Handling HR operations, attendance, and basic compliance
- Supporting management in scaling teams and company growth
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees
- Graduation / MBA in HR preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience (Real estate experience mandatory)
- Proven experience in training, mentoring, and managing new joiners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
- Growing real estate brand
