This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gujarat, India, for a Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with legal regulations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, resolving employee concerns, and implementing company policies to support business operations. The candidate will also collaborate closely with management to enhance organizational culture and workforce performance.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and onboarding
• Experience in training, development initiatives, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HR tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
