Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Plant Human Resources Manager at our Rai Industrial Estate, Sonipat location. In this role, you will oversee the HR operations of the plant, including recruitment, employee relations, training, welfare activities, compliance with labor laws, and performance management. You will also ensure efficient workforce planning and engagement initiatives for enhanced productivity, as well as handle conflict resolution and employee grievances. This role requires effective collaboration with other departments and top-level management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management processes
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, compliance, and labor law adherence
• Experience in Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and Grievance Management
• Skills in Training and Development for workforce upskilling and professional growth
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in HR are preferred
