Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, manage recruitment and selection processes, and implement performance management systems. The role will involve policy development, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The selected individual will also collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals and act as a strategic partner for workforce planning and development.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in policy development, implementation of HR processes, and employee engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as organizational and project management skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to align HR functions with business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in industries related to mining, logistics, or energy, is an advantage
