Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mahipalpur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and handling employee concerns. The HR Manager will also oversee training, development programs, and maintain employee records.
