This is an on-site, full-time position for a Human Resources Manager, located in Delhi, India. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, designing policies, handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role will involve supervising HR staff, organizing training programs, and maintaining personnel records while driving organizational growth through innovative HR practices.

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and performance management processes
• Proficiency in HR policy development, workforce planning, and employee relations
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR systems
• Experience in fostering organizational culture and team development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Analytical thinking and decision-making skills to align HR strategies with business goals
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is considered an advantage
