This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and handling employee relations. The role includes overseeing performance management systems, designing training programs, and driving organizational culture and employee engagement. Ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a productive work environment will be key aspects of this role.

• Strong knowledge and experience in employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Proficiency in performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement
• Understanding of employment laws, compliance, employee relations, and handling workplace concerns
• Experience in developing and executing HR policies, training programs, and professional development initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
