Role: Human Resources ManagerWe are looking for a disciplined, trustworthy, and dedicated HR Manager to take full responsibility for building and managing a strong, honest, and effective team at Vebnox.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Enforce strict HR policies, company culture, and performance standards
- Monitor and report attendance, punctuality, and leaves of all staff
- Address and resolve employee issues professionally and confidentially
- Plan internal training, workshops, and employee development programs
- Manage team motivation, culture-building, and disciplinary actions
- Submit weekly HR reports directly to the CEO
- Maintain employee records and contracts securely and efficiently
- Ensure 100% HR compliance with internal and external standards
Mandatory Requirements- Own working laptop is required
- Must be disciplined, punctual, and well-organized
- Must show complete honesty, confidentiality, and loyalty
- Must follow strict in-office presence and rules
- Zero tolerance for irresponsibility, delays, or negligence
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or any relevant field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, laws, and ethics
- Prior work in creative or tech companies is a bonus
- Ability to handle people and pressure professionally
