Role Description

This is a full-time, night shift on-site role based in Ameerpet for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing HR policies, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. Collaboration with department managers to assess staffing needs and oversee training and development programs will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Experience with performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
• Skills in organizational development, training, and policy creation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR management or leadership roles is preferred
