Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. They will be responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional tasks include managing employee benefits, coordinating performance appraisals, and addressing HR-related queries and grievances.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Experience in training, development, and talent management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to address employee concerns effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM Certified Professional) are a plus
• Prior experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
