Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Surat. The

Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions,

including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance

management, and compliance with employment laws. They will also work closely

with the leadership team to support the organization's strategic goals and foster a

positive work culture.

Qualifications:

Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills

Training and Development expertise Knowledge of employment laws and

compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field SHRM certification is a plus

Prior experience in e-commerce or technology industry preferred
