Orielle Fine Jewellery is looking for an experienced and confident HR professional with strong English communication skills to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling recruitment through LinkedIn and other job portals
- Screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Managing employee records, HR policies, and documentation
- Handling offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and HR compliance
- Managing attendance, payroll coordination, and performance tracking
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees
- Ensuring HR processes align with company standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR (minimum 2 years)
- Strong command of English (verbal + written)
- Experience hiring through LinkedIn
- Good knowledge of HR documentation and policies
- Professional attitude and people management skills
