Job Description

Orielle Fine Jewellery is looking for an experienced and confident HR professional with strong English communication skills to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling recruitment through LinkedIn and other job portals
  • Screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Managing employee records, HR policies, and documentation
  • Handling offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and HR compliance
  • Managing attendance, payroll coordination, and performance tracking
  • Acting as a bridge between management and employees
  • Ensuring HR processes align with company standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong command of English (verbal + written)
  • Experience hiring through LinkedIn
  • Good knowledge of HR documentation and policies
  • Professional attitude and people management skills
