Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kerala, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee strategic HR planning, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, developing employee engagement programs, conducting performance evaluations, and handling administrative HR tasks. The role also requires fostering a positive work culture and assisting leadership with workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills for fostering a positive workplace environment
• Proficiency in HR Administration tasks such as handling payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance
• Strong understanding of Performance Management, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for collaboration with employees at all levels
• Experience in Training and Development to support staff growth and continuous learning
• Familiarity with relevant labor laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced certification is a plus)
