Someone With

We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional with strong expertise in recruitment and field hiring, particularly within the construction or similar industries. This role demands a proactive individual who is comfortable with travel across project sites to understand workforce requirements and manage on-ground hiring needs. Experience in handling field-based recruitment and close coordination with site teams is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities across various levels
• Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Maintain positive employee relations and engagement
• Support performance management processes
• Plan and coordinate training and development initiatives
• Handle payroll inputs and compensation-related activities
• Ensure smooth HR operations and administrative functions
• Monitor compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Manage exit formalities and offboarding processes
• Contribute to HR strategy and organizational development initiatives

Qualitication

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
• Strong understanding of recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
• Proven experience in hiring, especially for blue-collar roles
• Willingness to travel across India
• Effective communication and coordination skills
