This role is designed for an experienced HR professional to provide strategic & operational HR support to the firm's partners for the location, execute HR lifecycle process and conceptualize and implement engagement initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, and Learning & Development.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate closely with Partners and senior leadership to understand and fulfil evolving talent requirements. The individual will be expected to bring a solution-oriented mindset, demonstrate agility, and proactively contribute to enhancing HR processes and employee experience. The role will also involve managing HR responsibilities across multiple office within the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment by understanding Partner requirements, aligning stakeholders, assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring effective post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Oversee onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation processes, and exit management, while driving actionable insights through employee feedback (including pulse surveys and new joiner feedback)
- HR Projects: Conceptualise, lead, and implement strategic HR projects across talent domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective execution, and long-term scalability.
- Internship Program Management: Manage the internship lifecycle, ensuring a structured and engaging experience.
- Employee Engagement: Conceptualise, plan, and execute engagement initiatives aligned with the employee experience calendar.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Drive capability-building initiatives, conduct HR/talent process sessions, and design soft skills programs aligned with business needs.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Develop and manage dashboards, analyse HR metrics, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Labour Law Compliance: The person should be able to oversee Labor Law compliance of office for contractual and Outsourced teams and coordinate with Admin teams.
