Job Description
We are theprintspace - a fine art printing and dropshipping company with a small but genuinely global team. We have around 65 people across London, Düsseldorf, New York, and India, and we combine technology with craftsmanship to support artists, photographers, and creatives in sharing their work with the world. We are a growing company, which means we are still figuring things out in many areas. We try to be honest about that. What we do know is that we care about our people, and we want to build an HR function that reflects that.
Why we are hiring
We are looking for an HR Manager to take ownership of our people operations across all four of our locations. This is a standalone role, and the person who joins us will be an important part of how we grow and look after our team. We are not expecting perfection - we are expecting someone who is thoughtful, dependable, and genuinely interested in making things work better for the people around them.

Our team is fully remote but very connected. We use Slack throughout the day and jump on video calls often — it genuinely does not feel like a remote job most of the time. We try to communicate openly, support each other, and give people the space to do their best work.
