Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Experience: Minimum 9+ Years

Location: BTM 2nd Stage, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Industry: Staffing / Recruitment / IT Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead recruitment drives for internal and client requirements (technical & non-technical roles).
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems and drive appraisal cycles.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
  • Maintain HR MIS, reports, and dashboards for management review.
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in the staffing or IT services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HR systems.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and partner with senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
