We're looking for an HR professional to hire great talent, build a strong culture, and enable high-performing teams in a fast-paced marketing agency environment.

  • Talent Acquisition: Own end-to-end hiring across strategy, creative, influencer, and account roles
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive team culture, retention, and employee experience
  • Performance Management: Manage reviews, goal-setting (OKRs/KPIs), and growth plans
  • HR Operations: Handle onboarding, documentation, policies, and compliance
  • Employee Support: Act as a bridge between teams and leadership; resolve conflicts

What Are We Looking For

  • 2–3 years of HR experience (agency/startup preferred)
  • Strong hiring and people management skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
