This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and talent management strategies while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include company policy development, performance management, workforce engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor laws. The position will also involve fostering a positive workplace culture and handling employee development programs.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and team dynamics
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, and compliance regulations
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability in change management, leadership development, and employee engagement
  • Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Post-graduate degree or certifications in HR management such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent are an advantage
