About the Job

We're hiring an HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR Operations while managing coordination with HRMS and statutory compliance vendors. This role will own zero-error payroll, smooth employee lifecycle processes, PMS governance, grievance management, engagement calendar execution, training coordination, and HR analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Payroll & Compliance (with compliance vendor)

  • Own monthly payroll inputs, validation, and payroll file checks for error-free processing.
  • Coordinate with statutory compliance vendor for employee master updates, challans, returns, and documentation.
  • Resolve payroll & compliance queries and maintain audit-ready MIS.

2) HR Operations, Admin, Policies (with HRMS vendor)

  • Manage onboarding, confirmations, exits, and HRMS updates via vendor.
  • Ensure accurate attendance/leave/WFH data and closure of exceptions.
  • Maintain HR trackers and ensure strong policy adherence.
  • You will drive dashboards, insights, and data-led decision-making for the HR function.

3) PMS (KRAs/KPIs, Increments, Incentives)

  • Run PMS calendars across KRA/KPI setup, mid-year reviews, and closure.
  • Coordinate increments & incentives processinputs to approval to payroll integration.

4) Grievance Handling & Engagement

  • Manage grievance documentation, resolution tracking, and escalation closure.
  • Execute monthly employee engagement activities end-to-end.

5) Training & Development

  • Collect training needs, create training calendar.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and maintain L&D MIS.

6) Recruitment

  • Sourcing & evaluating.

Skills Required

Domain Skills

  • HR Operations expertise: payroll, lifecycle processes, PMS, engagement, and L&D.
  • Working knowledge of statutory compliance in HR.
  • Strong documentation, audit readiness, and process adherence.
  • Should be from Wealth Management/Capital Market domain.

Technical Skills

  • HR Analytics: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, pivots, lookups). Power BI is a plus.
  • Payroll & HR Ops MIS, reconciliations, documentation.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools (attendance, leave, payroll).
  • Ability to draft HR letters, policies, and structured HR documentation.

Managerial Skills

  • Strong ownership and multi-calendar execution (payroll, PMS, engagement, L&D).
  • Excellent stakeholder & vendor coordination; calm escalation handling.
  • Employee-first communication and problem-solving mindset.
