Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent retention strategies. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and organizing training and development programs. The role will require collaboration with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Strong skills in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Ability to plan and execute training and development programs
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in the education industry is advantageous
