About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing/engineering sector. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance, and building a positive work culture aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations including recruitment, payroll, leave management, compliance, and employee relations.
- Implement HR strategies, policies, and processes tailored for a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure statutory and labor law compliance within the factory/plant setup.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Key Requirements
- MBA / Master's in Human Resource Management.
- 58 years of HR experience with strong exposure to manufacturing/engineering setups.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
