Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to oversee endtoend HR operations and drive talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensure seamless HR service delivery, and lead the creation and implementation of HR policies while supporting organizational growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Diagnose business challenges and design HR solutions aligned with company goals.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and employees across functions.
- Lead and manage daily HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, compliance, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee performance management processes, employee relations, and grievance handling.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, standardized, and continuously improved.
- Develop, review, and implement robust HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks.
- Lead initiatives related to culture-building, employee engagement, rewards & recognition, and DEI.
- Support long-term organizational strategy through data-driven HR decision-making.
- Leadership and oversight of labor relations strategy including administration of the same (generating PF challan, PT, POSH, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience with hands-on expertise across HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and policy governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

- Shift timing: Australian shift 7.30am to 4.30pm
- 5 days working
