WE'RE HIRING | HUMAN RESOURCE LEAD
Location: Jaipur, India
Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST | Monday–Friday
Experience: 5+ Years
Work Mode: In-Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Lead who can independently manage and drive the complete HR function for our Jaipur office.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales & Operations
• Manage onboarding, offboarding & employee experience
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and retention programs
• Manage HR operations, HRIS, attendance, leave & payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC & Gratuity
• Handle employee relations, grievances and performance-related matters
• Track recruitment metrics and build strong talent pipelines
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers on people initiatives
What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Minimum 1 year in a standalone / lead HR role
Strong end-to-end technical & non-technical hiring experience
Experience independently managing onboarding & offboarding
Good knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS & Google Workspace/MS Office
B2B SaaS, tech startup or high-growth product company experience is a plus
MBA in HR / relevant certification preferred
