  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies
  • Daily tasks will include conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, managing benefits programs, and performance management
  • The HR Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and culture within the organization, Qualifications
  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
  • Proficiency in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Compliance
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Ability to develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HRIS software and tools
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
