This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, handling employee relations, managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies
Daily tasks will include conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, managing benefits programs, and performance management
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and culture within the organization, Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
Proficiency in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Compliance
Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
Ability to develop and implement HR Policies and Procedures
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with HRIS software and tools
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
