Vintana – R.R Textile House is a growing bedsheet manufacturing company focused on quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are building a strong team and looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and streamline our HR processes.

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee attendance, payroll coordination, and records
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
• Manage performance evaluation and appraisal processes
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Maintain HR MIS reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field
• 3–6 years of experience in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools

Salary:

25,000 – 35,000 per month
