Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Manager located in Lucknow. The role includes overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The manager will work closely with other departments to create a positive work environment that aligns with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Operations, and HR Management
• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee HR Policies
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
