About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager, based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire HR function, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent while maintaining a positive, compliant, and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding
- Drive employee engagement, grievance redressal, and HR compliance
- Manage performance review cycles, learning and development programs
- Oversee payroll inputs, compensation structure, and benefits planning
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals
- Handle all labour law compliance, including PF, ESIC, and other statutory obligations
- Collaborate with senior leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning

- MBA/PGDM in HR or HR certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
