Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining a positive workplace environment, and complying with labor laws and organizational policies. The HR Manager will also act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure effective communication and resolve workplace issues.
